We are looking for passionate storytellers and photographers to tell the stories of Young Leaders across Canada.
You might find yourself capturing photos or short videos, writing blogs, or helping curate the quarterly newsletter. This is a great opportunity to build your print and electronic communications and outreach experience, with the time commitment only being 1-2hrs/month. "Bridging Cultures in the Environmental Sector": a 6-part workshop series
Join us in August 2021 as we start Bridging Cultures in the Environmental Sector, a 6-part workshop series with Gary Pritchard ~Giniw (Golden Eagle) that will help youth across Ontario build cross-cultural competency and learn about treaties, working with Indigenous Peoples, Indigenous engagement strategies, and bridging cultures. Gary is a Conservation Ecologist & Indigenous Engagement/ Placemaking Specialist from Curve Lake First Nation.
Emerging Leaders for Biodiversity will be co-hosting the online series alongside Shake Up The Establishment, Community Climate Council, and Green Ummah, with support from the Ontario Biodiversity Council.
